Bill has been in Real Estate Sales for over 17 years. He’s been a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Suburban for over 10 years. He specializes in residential listings and sales with a solid foundation of referral business throughout his years in the business. In recent years, he has explored the commercial real estate industry and represented family owned business, as well as large corporations throughout the Chicagoland area. Bill has a long record of successfully guiding local and relocating clients with their residential real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, and overall home counseling. He’s closed well over 250 transactions earning Broker awards consistently throughout the years. His expertise in negotiating, cutting edge marketing strategies, and precise home evaluations make listing and selling a very calming experience for his clients. Bill broke into housing in the mid 90s as a lender. His experience in the mortgage industry has been a vital tool in assisting clients through the whole home buying process. His team of in-office lenders are readily available to all his clients and second to none. Bill knows each buyer and seller is unique, therefore he takes the time to pinpoint which strategies will be most effective to close every individual property. Bill is a firm believer in giving back and donates a part of his proceeds to the Children’s Miracle Network on behalf of each individual buyer and seller.
